5.1 Prices are displayed on the Website and are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

7. Digital Content – Supply, 14‑Day Period & Consent
7.1 Under UK consumer law, you normally have a 14‑day right to cancel distance purchases. This right does not apply once digital content is supplied, provided you gave your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel.
7.2 During checkout you will be asked to confirm (i) your request for immediate access to the Content and (ii) your acknowledgement that you lose the 14‑day cancellation right once access is provided.
8. Refunds & Remedies

9.2 Unless permitted by the selected licence or applicable law, you must not: (a) resell, redistribute, or re‑package the Content as stock or in any competing service; (b) claim authorship or imply endorsement; (c) use the Content in a manner that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or infringes third‑party rights; (d) use the Content to train or improve AI/ML models; (e) remove or obscure any proprietary notices.
9.3 Editorial vs. commercial use, print runs, and merchandising rights are subject to the licence scope displayed at purchase.
